Sanctum 35
Overview
This project marks a comprehensive renovation and expansion of an existing landed property, meticulously reimagined to integrate luxury wellness facilities with boutique hospitality. Through a strategic extension and expansion, the structure has grown by over 14,000 sqft, transforming the original footprint into a sophisticated, multi-functional destination. The architecture balances the preservation of the building's character with a contemporary glass-forward design that floods the interiors with natural light. The functional layout is expertly layered: the ground floor serves as an immersive, glass-enclosed spa center that maintains a seamless visual connection to the surrounding landscape. The top floor elevates the wellness experience with a collection of private, serene treatment rooms. Tucked away at the rear of the building, a dedicated vertical expansion across all three levels houses the boutique hotel, providing an intimate retreat for guests. By marrying the structural history of the original property with high-end, modern interventions, this sanctuary offers a unique atmosphere where wellness and hospitality coalesce in a tranquil, nature-integrated setting.
