BMAG Garage

Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, BMAG Garage is a 13,000 sqft architectural intervention that defies the conventional boundaries of an automotive facility. The design masterfully navigates site constraints to integrate two distinct worlds: a high-end, specialized showroom and service center for BMW and Mini Cooper, and a vibrant, recreational hub featuring three pickleball courts on the first level. The architectural language is one of sleek precision. The ground-floor showroom projects a sense of minimal luxury through its use of polished marble flooring, warm timber slatted walls, and sophisticated accent lighting. By placing the vehicle service bays and the active pickleball courts in a symbiotic relationship, the design redefines the urban garage as a social destination rather than a purely functional utility. The exterior, marked by its bold, iconic graphic signage, bridges the gap between industrial structure and retail elegance, creating a timeless landmark that prioritizes both technical craftsmanship and the user experience.
